Located 90 kilometres from Kenya's border with Somalia, the three camps at Dadaab have about 300,000 refugees although they were meant to host 90,000.
"There's a problem of capacity. It is not an easy location. Millions of dollars are required to improve the situation," Mr Guterres said.
This is horrendous! All these people packed together like sardines in a can, you are bound to have human rights abuses its inevitable and unimaginable.....
